Our story

It started with my mom.

I wanted to make her something.

Not a card, not flowers — something she'd actually reach for. My mom is the kind of person who takes care of everyone else first and herself last, and I wanted to give her five quiet minutes that were only hers. A small ritual. Something that felt a little luxurious without the $150 appointment or the shelf full of half-used products she'd never finish.

I couldn't find it. So I made it.

That's really all Velé is: beauty made the way I'd want it for her. Considered, not overwhelming — a short, honest edit of things that earn their place. Gentle enough that I'd hand any of it to my mom without a second thought. That's still the only test that matters here: if I wouldn't give it to her, it doesn't go on the site.

We're small, and I won't pretend otherwise — it's me and a tiny team, and I read every email that comes in. But small is the point. If something arrives and it isn't right, we make it right: 30 days, no fuss, and if it turns up damaged, you don't even send it back. The risk is ours, not yours.

I built this for the person I trust most to be honest with me. I think you'll feel that in it.
