We want you to love your Velé order. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.
Returns
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items should be unused and in their original packaging where possible. For hygiene reasons, opened beauty products can only be returned if they're defective.
How to start a return
Email with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll respond within 1–2 business days with instructions.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund is issued to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we'll replace it or refund you in full at no extra cost.
